Johnston Fuels was established to offer head office services to all the group companies, including Finance, HR, Payroll, Facilities and IT.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Bathgate. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and execute the full-cycle recruiting process. This includes identifying, evaluating, and recommending candidates, as well as negotiating salary and benefits packages. The Recruiter will also be responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective candidates through various outreach efforts, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

You will also be developed into a full HR Role, to ensure we manage candidates journey.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top talent through proactive recruiting methods
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate information
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring teams and other stakeholders to identify staffing needs and execute the recruiting process
