Responsibilities Will Include

Our client is looking for an experienced recruiter to join their HR team, on a three month contract, to manage the vacancy pipeline across the UK and Europe (circa 60 roles in total).

Taking ownership of all vacancies across the business working with regional HRBPs as required Identifying, attracting, and shortlisting candidates for recruitment campaigns Writing, placing, and updating job adverts and ensuring sources of advertising are focused on reducing cost Deciding on the best method of advertising for example social media, job boards etc and finding innovative ways to attract new talent Arranging and conducting first stage telephone or face to face interviews; shortlisting for second interview as appropriate Monitoring and responding to applications, ensuring all applicants receive feedback and are left with a positive impression of the business Building relationships and working closely with key stakeholders across the business Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and best recruitment practice Conducting right to work checks Working with the HR team to ensure the end-to-end recruitment process is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Person Specification
At least three years recruitment experience, ideally gained within internal recruitment Solid understanding of the recruitment lifecycle A good understanding of employment law and its impact on recruitment Excellent verbal and written skills Ability to own the recruitment strategy and take responsibility for achieving results Exceptional attention to detail
