Job Description

Eames Consulting are working with a rapidly growing Insurance company, who are looking for an Recovery Team Leader, to work within their Motor Claims team. This role will work closely with Head of Claims, to manage and develop this claims team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with defendant and management experience or has a strong understanding of insurance policies and motor claims, to join a reputable and well respected insurer and design, structure, deliver and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Will manage a team of Recovery Handlers (currently 3 but growing imminently). Main focus will be on the team performance and supporting the Third Party Claims Senior Lead with project work
  • Managing the operations ensuring the claims executives are on track to hit their KPI’s & OKRs.
  • Monitor and review motor claims from both internal and third party providers.
  • Acting as the technical point of contact across the claims division and taking ownership of the strategy of functions.

This role is a hybrid role, with a minimum of one day in the London based office every fortnight and further offers a competitive salary, benefits package & stock options, with 33 days holidays and the top tech too.
