This is a busy reception role, working a straightforward 35-hour week between 7am and 7pm. The role is full time and based in the office. The team operate on shifts between 7am – 7pm, with the early shift being 7am – 3pm and the late shift being 11am – 7pm.

This is covering Maternity Leave for a period of 12-14 Months and its all about high-end customer service, so they are looking for someone with a strong can-do attitude, stringent organisational/time-keeping skills and a diligent eye.

To apply, you’ll need corporate Front of House experience or 5* hotel experience or Cabin Crew experience (so long as you’ve worked in business and first class), but the as this is largely a client facing role, good people skills and being able to anticipate client needs is essential. Experience of using a computerised room booking system an big advantage.
