Etci Mehmet is a Turkish Steakhouse chain where fantastic guest service and the highest food standards are at the heart of everything we do. We have restaurants all of the world. We have 3 UK restaurants, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham. We are looking for a confident, well presented and flexible reservations agent to work in our Head Office in Manchester.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a telephone based role, be confident working under pressure and ideally will have experience using ResDiary however, training will be given.

Your daily tasks will be but not limited to; answering the telephone, taking reservations and enquiries. Transferring calls to relevent person/dept, dealing with email enquiries/bookings, responding to tripadvisor/google reviews, liasing with the General Manager with specific booking requests and VIPS, monitor social media messages and take bookings through there.

Must be flexible and available Monday-Sunday between the hours of 10am-10pm. (This does not mean you will have to work 7 days a work or 12 hour shifts, just must be able to start and finish within these hours) PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF NOT FLEXIBLE.
