Prodrive Recruitment are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join a wonderful team based in the heart of the Cotswolds, A stunning hotel with beautiful grounds and rooms. Due to growth, there is an opportunity to join the team and work with this company to progress your hospitality career at a company just outside of Evesham.

You Will Be Responsible For The Following

Checking guests in and out Dealing with customer enquiries over a variety of platforms ie telephone and face to face Dealing with the reservations of the hotel, cancellations, and editing bookings Daily banking of the department and problem solving any discrepancies Preparing invoices for guests including functions Handling cash payments dealing with complaints, or issues that may arise in a professional manner Be the first point of contact for the hotel and its guests Taking messages for colleagues and guests and dealing with them proficiently Helping with guest services Be calm under pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment

Skills Required For This Role

Have done a similar role before in a simulars setting Have reservation experience Have excellent written and spoken communication skills Ability to calm under pressure Have strong customer skills Have good attention to detail Good problem-solving skills
Due to the nature of the business you will need to be flexible in the days and times you can work due, you will only work 5 days out of 7 days but these may include evenings, weekends and holidays.

The Working Times Are The Following

Early Shifts: 7.30 am to 2.30 pm

Late Shift: 2.30 pm to 10.00 pm

Salary is negotiable based on experience but in the region of £8.91 - £9.50 per hour
