Come and join Europe’s leading accident repair group – Halo ARC!

Hours: 40 hours per week to cover 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri

Salary: £22,500 per annum

Halo is the industry leading group of accident repair centres, with soon to be 24 sites across the UK and more growth planned for 2023! Halo is partnered with IRS (Intelligent Repair Services) based in Germany, who are the largest provider of accident claim services in Europe, with over 2500 employees.

What are we looking for?

• Organisation skills

• Administrative experience

• Phone experience

• Passion and energy

This role will include, but is not limited to:

• Delivering high quality customer service

• Managing and routing office communications, letters and documents

• Gathering/filing and storing information as required and within GDPR guidelines

• Organising diaries, meetings, and appointments

• Handle visiting customers and incoming phone calls

• Supporting the claims team by making new vehicle bookings during peak periods
