We are currently recruiting for a well-presented, articulate individual to take on the role of Service Receptionist for our busy dealership in Burbage Leicestershire.

As the first point of contact for visitors to our dealership, it is vital that you will give customers a favourable first impression of our company.

Boyslade Garage has been providing flexible, reliable and high-quality garage services to Burbage and the surrounding area for over 40 years.

Our ongoing investment in staff training and equipment ensures that we always provide a great service to our loyal customers. Whilst we support multiple brands, we specialise in German cars. We have opportunities to gain knowledge and experience whilst working in a progressive and growing business.

Role

· Meet & greet visitors to the dealership

· Receive inbound telephone calls & inform customers of any additional work required.

· Take ownership for the smooth running of the whole front-of-house operation

· Quoting jobs & Managing diary system for delivery/collection of cars

· Other ad hoc/administrative duties as required

Qualification/Experience

· Experience in a similar role preferred but full training will be given to person who matches profile

· IT literate

· Clean driving licence

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.50-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
