Pecan Deluxe Candy (Europe) Company Ltd is a wholesale confectionery Company supplying hundreds of food businesses worldwide. We are a family-owned Company, passionate about providing bespoke tailor-made products and we are proud that our clients include numerous well-known restaurants, food service, dairy, and bakery brands.

Following an internal progression opportunity, we are looking for an experienced Receptionist with robust administration skills to join our team.

Day to day on reception, you will be handling all incoming calls from our global customers and suppliers, ensuring that at all times we deliver a high standard of customer care. You will be responsible for looking after visitors on arrival, incoming/outgoing mail, meeting rooms, morning meeting minutes and placing stationary orders.

Alongside this, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties to support the HR & Training team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in this area of the business and develop a career. You will provide support to the Senior HR Manager and the HR & Training Coordinator with training administration and recruitment paperwork, alongside maintaining our HR systems to be kept up to date.

Often seen as a “go to” person within Pecan Deluxe, you will have a positive, helpful and friendly personality, that is driven to provide support to all areas of the business.

With strong administrative skills and an ability to multi-task, the successful candidate will have first class communication skills and have confidence working with Microsoft packages and a natural talent for learning and using new systems.

Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to work as a self-starter is essential. Being driven and highly customer focused, you will play a key role ensuring we deliver a high standard of customer service, at all times.

Working Hours - 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.
