We are now recruiting for Receptionists to join our Reception family, to ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated always.
Duties include but are not limited to:-
Be fully conversant with the hotel facilities, services and special. promotions offered by the hotel and to pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises in order to maximise hotel sales. To welcome our guests to the Toon/hotel by ensuring a smooth check-in. Find out how the guests stay was in the Toon/hotel by ensuring a smooth check-out. To ensure that all charges are correctly posted to the guests bills following the standard procedures. To have a full working knowledge of Brand Loyalty Scheme. Anticipate guest’s needs, to be aware of opportunities to wow the guest. To be aware of the hotel and restaurant availability and that every opportunity to maximise sales. To ensure that all guests receive friendly, local, efficient and fun service throughout their stay. To deal with guest complaints and refer to management as necessary.
