The Growth Company’s (GC) Business Growth Hub team has an exciting new vacancy for a Reception & Centre Associate to support the smooth running of the brand-new Fire Up Rochdale co-working facility.

The co-ordinator will provide day to day co-ordination of all centre and reception services at the Rochdale Fire-Up centre whilst supporting the centre manager to develop and grow the workspace service.

Please note that the Centre is open from 8am to 6pm (Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Manager in all aspects of the smooth running of the centre and customer satisfaction
  • Primary point of contact for client queries
  • Be the liaison for tenants on a day-to-day basis, ensuring all tenants and visitors receive exceptional customer service
  • Provide a professional and pleasant welcome to customers, callers and visitors
  • Monitor the co working facility to ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy and maintained between bookings
  • Maintain accurate client records on CRM
  • Develop and deliver marketing/sales activity
  • Creating management reports for the Center Manager
  • Order and manage stationary & equipment for the building
  • To ensure that building standards are maintained, repairs/maintenance activity is logged, reported, and actioned, to keep the building to a high standard
  • Log Cleaning issues/premises faults maintaining standards
  • Ensure tenants are billed effectively
  • Gather costs/options and put forward recommendations
  • Open and close the facility as per requirements

About You:

  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, adaptable, and committed to succeed
  • Have a positive, can-do, hands-on attitude and outlook

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Previous experience of working in a client facing role within the serviced office environment or hospitality industry
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to deal with people from different environments and at all levels
  • A great deal of tact and diplomacy, whilst remaining assertive
