Job Title: Tech-Savvy Receptionist with Strong Computer and Multimedia Skills

We are looking for an individual with excellent computer skills, proficiency in photo and video editing software, and the ability to manage social media platforms effectively.

Job Description:

We are currently hiring a tech-savvy receptionist with a passion for multimedia to enhance our administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including managing front desk activities, handling inquiries, providing support to staff and clients, as well as utilizing your creative skills in photo and video editing and social media management.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.

- Handle incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department or staff member.

- Respond to emails, messages, and other forms of correspondence promptly and efficiently.

- Maintain a neat and organized practice , ensuring a positive first impression.

- Utilize various computer software programs to perform tasks such as word processing, data entry, and scheduling.

- Demonstrate proficiency in photo and video editing software to enhance marketing materials, presentations, and internal documents.

- Assist with the creation and execution of social media campaigns across multiple platforms.

- Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with company goals.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to computer software, multimedia, and social media platforms.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.

- Excellent computer skills with a high level of proficiency in office software applications.

- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere).

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Professional and courteous demeanor.
