KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS- Overall receptionist/hospitality duties for Pack House and Office
- Company vehicles administration for BGL and BGG including Pool Vehicle
- Meet and greet all visitors to Berry Gardens
- Answering and transferring incoming calls
- Postal duties- opening, distributing, and franking post on a daily basis, distributing internal post to appropriate departments
- Booking of meeting rooms
- Hospitality including ordering and providing refreshments for meetings
- Booking taxis and ad hoc travel requests
- Arrange GoTo meetings for the wider team
- Raising purchase orders for invoices as and when required
- Assisting with the administration for company vehicles, for BGL and BGG including pool vehicle(s)
- Assisting with general administration as instructed on an ad-hoc basis
- Responsible for event booking forms, responses and organising changes where appropriate
- Assisting with arrangements and liaison for company events both externally and internally
- Attend events as required to support the business
- Support internal BG events, community projects and donations
- Ordering office supplies, stationary and equipment and updating/balancing the expense account and Administration credit card
- Evidence of experience in a similar role, (within the soft fruit industry would be an advantage)
- Strong appreciation of our business needs and resourcefulness in coming up with solutions to their challenges
- Ability to relate to key client personnel in a professional and credible fashion
- Well-developed personal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a wide range of employees
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team with colleagues across professional, operational and cultural boundaries
- Proactive approach and prompt responses to all service requests
- Ability to identify needs and issues and recommended suitable and pragmatic courses to action and solutions, adopting a risk aware approach.
- Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to handle a number of tasks at once and meeting deadlines as required
- Very good organisational skills
- Good IT skills including experience of Word, Excel, Outlook and experience with using a switchboard
