Reception Teacher - Person Specification
This vacancy is designed for a mature and bright Reception Teacher who has worked with SEN pupils before and has the ability to involve every student in their lesson. The perfect candidate will be able to radiate their enthusiasm and integrate quickly and effectively to their new environment. The Headteacher wants to recruit a Reception Teacher with the skills to keep bad behaviour to a minimum through their level-headed approach to discipline.

About the Reception Teacher Role
As a Reception Teacher you will be taking charge of a 27-strong class of energetic Reception pupils. Your role will include working with the support of a Headteacher who understands how difficult starting in a new school can be. Overall, your duties will include; making good use of the schools facilities, which include bright, airy classrooms; and making good use of a full-time, dedicated TA who is an aspiring teacher.
