A leading regional law firm is seeking a Real Estate Development lawyer to join its growing property team working on a broad range of real estate matters to include asset management, commercial and residential development, real estate finance and corporate support. This is a friendly firm that can offer a good work/life balance and plenty of flexibility in how and where you work.

The Role

As a Real Estate Development lawyer in this team, you would:
Act for a broad range of clients from investors and occupiers through to landowners, private sector property developers, housebuilders and social housing providers on all aspects of more mainstream real estate matters or depending on skill set housing/residential development work including strategic development schemes
Be involved in marketing and business development events and activities

Candidate Requirements

The successful Real Estate Development Lawyer will have:
3+ years PQE
Solid real estate development experience whether from a large national/international firm or a regional or smaller firm with a solid real estate practice
Good technical, drafting and negotiation skills
Strong ties to the Midlands/Warwickshire
