About The Department
Operations are responsible for keeping the lights on; we are at the front line on the Network. If we find a fault, it is our responsibility to respond to the fault, and dispatch our skilled teams to fix it as quickly as possible. We work in all hours, and through all weathers, ensuring our customers are never without power.
What is the Role?
As an RRO for supply restoration within the Ridgeway region. You will ensure that you lead by example, operate safely, delivering the optimum performance against set targets including; Customer Interruptions, Customer Minutes Lost and Customer Satisfaction. You will ensure all safety, quality, technical and commercial requirements are met whilst providing world class customer service.
What do I need?
To be successful, you will be educated in an Electrical Engineering discipline or have relevant demonstrable experience. You will have demonstrable experience of operating on a LV Distribution network and should be familiar with Operational Practice. It is also essential that you are be able to promote and engage on safety matters at all levels and contribute towards a high performing safety culture within the team. You will have managerial experience, demonstrating how you lead, develop and do the right thing.
