Based within the R&D Operations structure within the Health Business, a fantastic opportunity is available for an associate to join our Global Raw Material Governance team. You’ll find new ways to improve our products. Working with experts from different teams, you’ll make sure we remain competitive, compliant and safe. Breathing new life to existing household names. Ultimately, you’ll ensure they continue to solve real problems and improve the lives of millions of people globally.

Working with the wider R&D Operations team and cross-functional partners, the Raw Material Governance team are focused on improving the accuracy and availability of raw material data and ensuring appropriate governance processes and inputting/developing/defining process improvement are in place to drive a better planning and resiliency across the Health BU. Degree qualified in a scientific discipline, you’re also able to communicate effectively with colleagues from different fields. Independently minded, you’ve a healthy curiosity and will actively seek out additional information when you need it.
