Quantity Surveyor – NW London Do you want to work for an award winning regional contractor? Would you like to work some of London’s major developments? If so this could be an exciting new opportunity for you…. Company
  • Reputable sub contractor who work throughout London and the South East.
  • Have a number new projects due to start in the next few months.
  • Sectors of work include Residential, Commercial.
  • Façade and Building Envelope specialist.
  • Based in NW London.
  • They work with Tier 1 contractors and developers on major projects.
  • This role is a key addition for the business and you will be an integral part of their future success.
  • Project values range from £1m - £15m Role
  • Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be given the opportunity to run 3 new projects in central London.
  • The projects will be valued at £1m - £3m.
  • You will be given the autonomy to successfully deliver the project with full responsibility for all commercial aspects of each project.
  • Liaise with main contractors.
  • Manage sub contract packages.
  • Work closely with the Operational team.
  • Liaise with design team. Person specification
  • Ideally have extensive Façade and curtain walling experience
  • Worked for a reputable subcontractor.
  • Worked closely with the client and Tier 1 contractors.
  • Good contractual knowledge, JCT or NEC
  • Degree qualified.
  • Able to take the lead on a project and deliver it from start to finish.
