Madisons Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a reputable client with developments located across the UK. The candidate will be required to travel nationwide, where accommodation and subsidence will be paid Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependant on experience) Hours: Full time, permanent Location: Nationwide Duties: Ensure accurate cost and value reports are completed Ensure accurate cash flow reporting takes place Carry out cost management Update the monthly cost and commercial plans Ability to challenge resources and costs Maintaining deadlines in line monthly Experience / Background Experience within the civil engineerings sector is desirable Experience within building desired * Member of a professional body e.g RICS We are recruiting for this position ASAP.
