Doubling in turnover in the last few years, you will join as Quantity Surveyor within a business in Herefordshire that consistently performs, to avoid the boom & bust of the construction industry.

Working within a small team, you will take the lead as a Quantity Surveyor, working to oversee all commercial aspects of live projects, estimating tenders to include contract housing projects, refurbishments and commercial buildings

Standard qualifications considered whilst RICS would be viewed as desirable.

Tasks could include

  • Managing project costs from start to completion
  • Responsible for budget propsals for project cost
  • You will work with subcontractors to ensure commercial controls are in place.
