One of the Directors of a top QS consultancy, who has built a collaborative, talented, Quantity Surveying team, is seeking a professional Quantity Surveyor to work alongside him from their Hampshire office.

The Quantity Surveyor’s Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a Quantity Surveying team of 7+ who work across an impressive portfolio of projects including a mixture of residential (student accommodation, build to rent, and mixed use), private education, health, fit out, and marine.

Day to day, the successful Quantity Surveyor will run a couple of jobs from a QS and EA perspective and also engage with clients.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Engaging personality
  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
  • Pushing towards MRICS
  • Previous Cost Consultancy / Quantity Surveying experience
  • Residential project experience is a bonus, but not essential
