Location:Wokingham, Berkshire and surrounding areas, UK

Pay: £35,000 - £50,000 pa

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading highway services provider as a Project Quantity Surveyor? We are seeking a talented individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of projects located in Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, your main purpose will be to achieve maximum recovery and cash flow, all while fostering excellent relationships with our valued clients. You will be responsible for meticulously analysing project costs and ensuring they are kept to a minimum, while still maintaining strong relationships with our supply chain partners, including subcontractors and suppliers.

As the key commercial contact on-site, you will play a crucial role in supporting, advising, and developing all members of our staff on commercial and contractual matters, contributing to their professional growth and success. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring there are no out-of-period costs and that the contract’s value is optimized.

Must have skills:

• On site experience of 3+ years of maintenance contracts

• Experience of onsite measures

• NEC form of contract and subcontract conditions

• Other forms of contract desirable

• Managing others
