Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor & Senior Quantity Surveyor (taking all levels)

  • Salary: £25,000 - £60,000 (depending on level and experience)
  • Car/allowance (depending on level and experience)
  • Site based 4 days per week (North West)
  • 1 day remote
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays

The role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Managing projects or a work package or packages.
  • Report when contractual notices and correspondence under the main contract and sub-contracts are identified as necessary.
  • Liaise with design, construction and supply chain teams to capture, analyse and control cost
  • Prepare and manage sub-contractor accounts including enquiries, orders, payments, sub-contract administration and accounts in accordance with the contract and procedures.
  • The preparation of project cost & value reports, budgets and forecasts.
  • Carry out sub-contractor performance reviews on allocated sub-contractors.
  • Support new ways of working to drive improved productivity and efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation and agreement of applications for payment.

The Candidate: Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related subject
  • NEC3/4 experience
  • Relevant CSCS Card
  • Civils, Construction, Water, or Mechanical & Electrical experience is essential!
