Konnect are currently recruiting for Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist Leisure contractor based in Hampshire. Projects rangigng form £200 - £2M and usually lasting from 1-3 years. Our clients projects range on a nationwide basis but predominatley being based out their Hampshire office. As Quantity Survyeor you will be working alongside Senior Quantity Surveyor and the commerical team to maximise quality and overall success of projects. Overseeing and assisting in the commerical runnings of the site. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on high value projects at a similar level or hold a construction degree. As Quantity Surveyor for our client your main duties will entail Procurment. Planning, Purchaisng of Materials, Valuations, Variations and Compliance of Sub-contractors. Offering a competitive salary of up to £55,000 DOE Benefits:-Car Allowance
