Sentri Group is currently working with a privately-owned high end residential contractor who are specialists in prime central London properties.

Based in West London they are looking for 2 Intermediate level QS’s to work closely with the Directors and site teams and to eventually assume responsibility for all surveying duties and implementing company procedures. They have a good office team, on going support and have a good track record of bringing people through the ranks, and they also have excellent staff retention.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a privately funded and cash-rich organisation with a real focus on building luxury houses.

You will have a stable employment history with either residential developers or main contractors and have relevant project experience along with knowledge of working with typical sub-contractors used for developments of this nature.

Degree qualification and RICS would also be advantageous but not essential.

A salary guide for these Quantity Surveyor opportunities is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum plus a package, the client is keen to make the right long-term appointment to aid in the company’s growth and has advised that there is flexibility.
