Quantity Surveyor - Demolition & Asbestos Trethomas, Wales £45,000 - £55,000 (Package Negotiable) About the company An amazing opportunity to join a Demolition, Asbestos Removal, Geotechnical and Civil Engineering construction company as a Quantity Surveyor. They pride themselves on their high-quality of services with a cost-effective approach on every project. Information on the role-Produce tenders for new projects
  • Produce accurate take offs for projects
  • Produce and update of procurement schedules for all projects
  • Prepare the required documents to issue to subcontractors to enable them to tender effectively for works packages
  • Identify appropriate subcontractors for all aspects of works
  • Assist in the financial appraisal of new opportunities
  • Work closely with architects and other professionals
  • Navigate and understand building codes
  • Process paperwork and travel to building sites as required
  • Monitor construction processes What we’d like from you
  • Professional qualification or experience in Quantity Surveying
  • Experience in Demolition, Asbestos Removal, Geotechnical & Civil Engineering Projects
  • Updated knowledge of building codes
  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills
  • Exceptional math skills
  • Self-motivated personality
  • Attention to detail
