We currently have an opportunity for a Quality Technician, initially for 6 months, to join our award-winning business, based at our site in Bridgend.
Working within our Quality Department, you will be involved with manufacturing a range of products at every stage. The work itself is vital and brings with it the opportunity to succeed and to potentially progress with a great organization, which leads the market in its field.
What you’ll be doing:
  • as a Quality Technician you will be responsible for ensuring that the product meets customer requirements by carrying out quality control testing at different stages of manufacturing.
  • resolving problems as they occur such as, reconciliation issues, and specification readings.
  • assisting Quality/ Process/ Product Engineers with continuous improvement projects.
  • ensuring the Quality Management System is adhered to at all stages.
About you:
  • You may be a university graduate, looking to take your first step into the manufacturing business to learn about Quality Standards and procedures.
  • Previous Quality experience or working with pipettes would be advantageous however full training will be provided.
  • You will be process driven and understand procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • Full UK driver’s license and own transport is desirable due to shift pattern and job location.
This role is for 6 months initially and will operate on a shift pattern basis.
