About the role
As Quality Systems Engineer, you will take responsibility for quality management processes, systems, methods, structures, audits and certifications within a busy semiconductor manufacturing facility.
What you will do
  • Provide quality systems support to the manufacturing site
  • Perform audits in line with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3
  • Monitor, sustain, and optimize the manufacturing quality systems
  • Ensure compliance to quality standards
  • Review and approve quality related reports and procedures
  • Support the organization in its use of quality methodologies such as 8D
What you will need
  • Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO9001, IATF16949, and VDA6.3
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical abilities, process oriented approach
  • Ability to cope with a changing and challenging environment
  • Experience as an Auditor (preferred)
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments and semiconductor technologies (preferred)
