Specialises in small to medium volume sheet metal components and fabrications. We also have a machining facility offering conventional and CNC machining.

Main Duties
  • Support the use of the integrated management systems to ensure it is operating consistently and effectively. This includes: -
Raising non-conformance as required

Addressing non-conformances that have been assigned in a timely manner. This includes addressing non-conformances to identify the source of the problem, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventative actions, as required.

Reviewing non-conformances to ensure these have been completed correctly.

Support in the reporting of quality metrics in relation to these issues.

Attending non-conformance meetings when required.
  • Manage or support projects in relation quality improvement activities as they arise.
  • Support in driving continuous improvements throughout the organisation.
  • Perform internal audits.
  • Participate in regulatory, third party and customer audits and inspections where required and address any CAPA that have been assigned.
Qualifications

Educated to HND, at minimum in either engineering (or equivalent) or relevant industry experience

Skills
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Knowledge of MRP/Q Pulse advantageous.
  • Experienced in quality standards – ISO9001/ 9100
