Job Title: Quality Manager - UK

Innova NanoJet Technologies, Ltd. is a Glasgow-UK-based fast-growing technology and product company at the forefront of innovation. We develop and commercialize breakthrough platform technologies in ultrasonic and ultra-fine nano-scale droplet sprays - the NanoJet Technologies. Our groundbreaking platform technologies and innovative products impact dozens of essential industries of the economy such as medical and healthcare, .low-emission transportation, clean social infrastructures, agriculture, housing and commercial building, national security and public safety, among others. We are currently designing, manufacturing, and marketing the next generation of ultra-fast and highly effective indoor air/surface cleaning and disinfection systems that aim to achieve pollution-free and virus-free environments in homes and public indoor spaces.

The Role: We’re seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to oversee our entire quality assurance department. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our air purifiers meet the highest standards of quality and reliability before they reach our customers. You will be at the forefront of our operations, working closely with the design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to develop comprehensive quality control processes, conduct rigorous testing, and drive continuous improvement across all product lines. Here are the main responsibilities and required qualifications for this post:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, government regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Lead a team of quality assurance specialists and technicians, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to integrate quality control measures throughout the product design and manufacturing processes.
  • Oversee the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
  • Analyze data from quality testing and inspections to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage the resolution of product issues, coordinating with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions swiftly.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality control activities, findings, and improvements to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the air purifier or related industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in quality control methodologies and statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
