At GAMA Healthcare we help prevent infections and save lives. Our product portfolio ranges from disinfectant wipes and hand gels to medical equipment. With infection prevention a global priority, the demand has increased for our innovative, reliable products across new industries and new countries. To support this increase in demand, we’re increasing capacity in our Quality & Regulatory function.

As a Quality Manager, you’ll own products from a quality and regulatory perspective and form part of a cross functional project team. Skin and Surface is the most established category at GAMA, you’ll be working with our flagship product Clinell Universal as well as supporting product optimisation and new innovations. You’ll be joining a growing team and an entrepreneurial organisation, so expect to be getting your sleeves rolled up and stuck in!

This is a brand new role at GAMA presenting an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on Quality in our business.

What will you do?

• Lead the delivery of quality and regulatory support to the cross functional skin and surface product development teams
• Project Manage all required inputs through all stages of product development including early stage feasibility and product development reviews
• Lead on all quality and regulatory activities required on products in manufacture and market including prioritisation and execution (through a wider GAMA team) of product rectification and improvement
• Actively contribute to QARA strategy, people, and team development and influence through the business

What will you need?

• Prior experience leading the quality or regulatory support for delivery of medical devices, biocidal, cosmetics or pharma products
• Previous success operating in cross-functional teams with product development, marketing and supply chain
• Experience managing a portfolio of products.
• Previous experience operating in a global team with design and manufacturing
• An understanding of design assurance and process validation
