We have an excellent opportunity for a Quality Manager to join an established Manufacturing and Production company based in Wigan. The company specialises in design and production of Construction products and systems to the European market.

As a Quality Manager you will Develop and implement a culture of ’Zero Defects’ by further improving our current Quality Management System. Provide functional leadership to both Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions. Being responsible for the overall quality of products released by the company

Duties will include;

  • Ensuring robust plans are in place to retain current certifications (ISO, CE, UL, etc)
  • Monitor and maintain the business site quality management system
  • Implementation of ’Zero Defect’ road map
  • Implement procedures described in QMS and ensure compliance
  • Ensure all in-house systems are kept up to date and modified to meet expectations
  • Responding to customer complaints & putting in containment actions & full analysis
  • Lead internal process audit systems
  • Prepare and control the annual quality budget


This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday.

You will be working a standard 37 hour week with an immediate start available.

You will need;


  • Experience in Quality Assurance and Management
  • QMS Lead Auditor
  • Advanced PC Skills (Microsoft Office, Power BI, Outlook
  • Working knowledge of process control techniques and software
  • Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Understanding of RCCA Techniques
