Our client, Cardium Products, are a Chilled Desserts Manufacturer who are known for their brand Over the Spoon. They are an SME (Small, Medium sized Enterprise) business who are growing significantly. This growth is projected to continue as they lead the way within plant-based dessert market.

They supply the major retailers with their brand as well as supplying own label products. They are currently BRC grade A accredited and have invested significantly in their processing capability.

The Role Itself Will Involve You

You’d be joining on a Fixed-Term Contract and supporting the technical function with an upcoming BRC audit.
  • Working at pace
  • Managing the Hygiene Operator team with a hands-on and supervisory approach
  • Leading and setting standards within Quality and Hygiene
  • Working with the Technical Manager on policies and procedures
  • Working with Operations to achieve and maintain high Quality and Hygiene standards
  • Carrying out internal GMP and customer audits
Essentials
  • Experience of Food Manufacturing
  • Have demonstrable experience maintaining Quality best practice
Desirables
  • Experience working within a Chilled or High Care environment
