Our current portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, including novel suspension systems for military application, innovative aircraft seating systems, a ‘last mile’ 18 tonne electric delivery truck and the design and delivery of a new hydraulic control system for a hypercar. Our portfolio covers engineering design solution projects that range in size and scope.

We are now looking for experienced Inspectors to join our expanding team in Banbury on the Weekend Shift (Friday - Monday), working on a variety of exciting new projects, making every day different.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dimensional inspection of sensitive and safety critical components to Prodrive and other customer drawings and specifications.
  • Program and run coordinate measuring machine (CMM) running PCDMIS software.
  • Use of various mechanical inspection equipment (Shadowgraph, Height Gauge etc.) to verify product conformity.
  • Assist in the creation of SOP’s and other QMS procedures where required.

You

We need you to have a positive attitude and be confident with on & offline CMM programming, as well as operating the machines using our PCDMIS software (2019 onwards). You will also have an extensive understanding of engineering drawings and geometric tolerancing. It would be ideal if you are able to operate Romer/Faro inspection arm, but this is not essential, however having a passion for engineering is.
