Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, an independently owned manufacturing company, in their search for a Quality Inspector to work in their St Asaph based manufacturing site.What our client is offering for the successful Quality Inspector:
  • Salary: Up to £23,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience)
  • 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays (Increasing year on year to a maximum of 25 days)
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am till 4:30pm

The Role - Quality Inspector
  • Quality inspection of small batches of bespoke components
  • Cosmetic inspection of components to customer drawings, specifications and applicable ISO/Military standards
  • Collating required test measurement data
  • General administration involved with inspection activities
  • Recording rejected components as required and raising non-conformity reports
  • Maintain traceability of products and pertaining batch history cards, test records etc
  • Waxing, un-waxing, and cleaning components
  • Auditing of processes and procedures
  • Assistance with the upkeep of ISO standards
  • Adherence to health & safety requirements
What We Are Looking For In a Quality Inspector
  • Previous experience in a quality control/ quality inspection role within manufacturing - BENEFICIAL
  • Knowledge of ISO standards - BENEFICIAL
  • Excellent eyesight - ESSENTIAL
  • Attention to detail and meticulous record keeping - ESSENTIAL
  • Able to work under pressure and multi task
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Willingness to help out in different departments if required - ESSENTIAL
