Quality & Environmental Manager (Construction)

Our client is a well-established and growing Construction company involved in new build and refurbishment projects for a variety of sectors from health, retail, education, housing and commercial.

They are offering a Permanent position for a Quality & Environmental Manager to join the team, with strong job security, benefits, and the ability to put your own stamp on the job!

The role is predominantly focused around Quality compliance (75%) with an aspect of Environmental (25%).

You will ensure that company systems are fully compliant with quality & environmental standards and that construction standards are met across all departments.

You will carry out internal and external audits to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, in line with the audit plan.

You will carry out GAP analysis on current management systems to identify and implement improvements.

You will assess non-conformities, carry out corrective and preventative actions and deliver Quality & Environmental training to staff.

Skills and Experience:
Strong Quality experience within Construction industry
Lead Auditor (highly desirable)
Experience with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

Salary: £40k - £45k (dependent on experience)
Permanent contract + Company Car OR Car Allowance + Benefits
