Job Title:Quality Engineer (Temporary) 2-3 Month contract Location:Blackwood Salary: £35,000-40,000 a yearHours:Full time. Monday - Friday flexi hours working 37.5 hours a weekHere at The Recruitment Co we are currently recruiting a Quality Engineer on a 2-3 month temporary contract.To be considered for this role you must have Aerospace experience.
  • Experience in maintenance and repair organizations in mechanical systems and structures technical disciplines.
  • An understanding of Part 145 regulation
  • An understanding of Part 21J Repair Design regulation
  • An understanding of ISO 9001 / AS9110 international / aerospace standards
  • Experience in operating with SAP or similar data processing systems
  • Internal/external auditing qualifications
  • Experience in maintenance error investigations and applying methodologies to establish root cause. Preventative and corrective actions (i.e. ’5 Why’ or similar)
  • Have previous experience within a similar role in aviation.
  • Flexible working approach including supporting customer requirements which may occur outside of normal business hours.
  • Strong, clear and confident communicator with excellent numeracy and literacy skills able to
  • work with customers, internal departments and suppliers alike.
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Excel, MS word and MS Access.
