Quality Control (QC) Laboratory Coordinator - Somerset

Opportunity

This is a brand new role that has been created due to expansion which you don’t want to miss out on!

Your role as a QC Laboratory Coordinator based in Somerset will involve working closely across all R&D disciplines to provide support and aid for the creation and delivery of products in line with project plans.

Duties And Responsibilities Include

Working on new product development as well as existing products. Quality control testing of samples, raw materials and finished products using wet chemistry analytical and microbiology techniques. Calibrating equipment such as balances, pH meters, viscometers, & Thermometers. Supporting and contributing to the R&D Team. Coordinating with customers and suppliers.

Skills

A scientific degree or equivalent. Experience of working in a laboratory within the Personal care / FMCG or related industry is an advantage. Computer literate; with the ability to produce legible and understandable documents in both written and electronic formats.
