Quality and Business Process Manager

As our business grows and responds to rapidly changing markets, we strive to consistently meet and improve our quality standards so that we continue to be the go to provider of energy advice for the agricultural sector.

To meet this key strategic objective we have an important opportunity for an experienced, passionate and talented Quality and Business Process Manager to join our Operations Team.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, and working closely with senior managers, you will define and set quality standards and key performance indicators for the business. You will also engage with delivery and operational teams to identify process and efficiency improvements and support them in implementing changes.

This is a key role at a challenging time for our clients, and requires tenacity, understanding and the ability to facilitate change.

Your role and responsibilities will include:

  • The development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s quality procedures, standards and specifications
  • Engagement with key stakeholders in defining and setting quality standards, monitoring performance, and identifying areas of poor efficiency
  • Lead internal audits of operational and delivery areas of the business
  • Support new service development and enhancement activities to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Recognised, relevant quality qualification, in particular ISO 9001
  • Proven experience in devising and implementing quality standards and carrying out audits
  • Experience in creating effective and useful process maps, work flows and documentation using dedicated software
  • Experience in analysing processes and identifying areas for efficiency improvements and leading others in process analysis
  • Proven record of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders

You will also need to:

  • Have experience in working on multiple and complex projects
  • Previously worked in similar SME commercial organisations
  • Have strong organisational and administrative skills and experience
  • Use good judgement skills to identify issues/opportunities and allocate time/resource accordingly

In return you will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 to £32,000 based on experience, 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), plus company benefits. You will be based at our office in Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We support hybrid working arrangements.
