As the Quality Auditor for our Telford region, you will be playing a pivotal role driving us forward to achieving excellence by ensuring fibre infrastructure are implemented to exemplary standards. This will involve taking ownership of our auditing process and working with all stakeholders to maintain and improve PIA compliance standards.

We’re looking for someone who can….

  • Create and conduct Network audits plans in line with FullFibre and PIA compliance standard
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and drive outcomes
  • Be an ambassador to encourage and motivate compliance throughout the business
  • Ensure all field evidence is documented, compliant and validated to high standards
  • Constantly review and develop the audit process to make improvements or recommendations
  • Prepare and maintain reports of field assessments
  • Effectively communicate any areas which do not meet FullFibre and PIA compliance standards
  • Ensure all Health and safety standards are met

The right person will…

  • Be a decisive thinker and able to analyse information quickly and use it to make robust decisions.
  • Be accountable for effective influencing of stakeholders ensuring a stakeholder management plan is in place and is delivered, with appropriate governance, consultation, and prioritisation.
  • Track record of continuous improvement in and value of communications and the shared relationship of communications vs progress
  • Analytical, solution oriented and able to deal with a fast moving and multicultural environment

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Previous field-based telecoms experience is essential
  • Proven experience in auditing field projects
  • Previous work experience in fibre-optic infrastructure either within the Overhead or Underground build would be advantageous
  • Working knowledge of NRSWA, HSG47 and GS6
  • Excellent working knowledge of Health & safety and PIA compliance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Full UK Driving license
