Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join a brilliant tech establishment on a permanent basis located in Abingdon. Our client is focused on Improving the health of everyone on an international level.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will support the quality assurance manager with receiving external audits and regulatory inspections.
• In collaboration with other management staff, you will promote compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Uphold the quality assurance function for raw resource checks and certification in the company computer system.
• Produce and handle controlled reports which involve SOPs and validation / qualification protocols and documents.
• The ideal candidate will assist QC lab personnel with the management of analytical equipment which involves calibration and qualification/validation.
• Responsible for compliance with the company document control system and the pertinent GMPs when producing records of testing and documenting test outcomes.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a life science discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience within pharmaceutical quality.
• Know-how of areas in quality assurance as well as key contributors to compliance with regulatory goals.
• Know-how of pharmaceutical legislation within the EU/UK.
• Interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Works well in a team.
• Investigations capabilities with the ability to think creatively and obligingly within the context of an altering manufacturing and testing setting.
• Willing to adjust a company personal development plan.
