Our client is a revolutionary fintech platform enabling customers of over 1000 online stores to spread the cost of online-bought items over a desired period. Naturally our client has a diverse clientele from countless sectors ranging from health and fitness to photography. During 2021 the company have experienced meteoric growth and are now looking to take on new sales advisers to help continue this trend and facilitate their dominance in the market for years to come!

Skills and Experience for the Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager Role:
  • Experience with managing/handling complaints for a regulatory body. Investigating, compiling acknowledgement, holding and final response letters. - Great if this was with regards to consumer credit and experience with sec 75 complaints.
  • Experience with dealing with the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
  • Experience in designing QA Scorecards/evaluation sheets.
  • Conducting QA. - Great if this was for consumer credit.
