Responsible for driving food safety and quality standards as well as managing a team of Quality Technologists. The role is a senior position within the factory you’ll be expected to report into the factory Senior Leadership Team.Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeDrive Food Safety and Quality Standards within the factory including and through the maintenance of the sites QMSManagement of 3rd Part Quality and Food Safety auditsCoaching and Supporting the IWS DMS implementation in the factory, specifically but not just confined to the DMS from the Q -PillarInternal Auditing of site to BRC, AIB and customer standards and the sites internal auditing system / audit teamManaging Non-conformances and coordinating corrective actions on siteThe Ideal CandidateStrong influencing skillsOperational and hands-onComfortable working in a factory environmentConfident and assured – vocal when requiredComfortable in conflict management and driving resolution`Use resources effectively to maintain standardsThe multi-award-winning culture at KP Snacks is friendly, welcoming and supportive. We encourage everyone to be the best they can be, working together to achieve great results.#hpEssential Knowledge, Skills And ExperienceFood Science / related Degree or equivalentDemonstrable experience in a Technical/Quality Management positionLead Auditor qualifiedLevel 4 Food HygieneLevel 4 HACCPExperience dealing with external customersExperience managing QMS and HACCP systemExperience of FMCG processesExperience Own label and Branded label productsProven track record in Hygiene Systems, QMS and HACCPExperience leading BRC and AIB Standards audits
