We’re looking for exceptional talent in our back-office departments to support our rapid expansion plans.With quality of service, customer experience and agent development close to our heart, we need a Quality Assurance Assessorwho is passionate about customer experience and agent development.Strong personal skills are critical to your success; you will help us drive quality customer contacts, being a champion of service delivery excellence and you will be part of Improvement Programme across our Centres.Collaboration is a key to our success, there is a lot of interaction with Contact Centre Managers and Learning and Development, talking through agent development areas, acknowledging agent successes and identifying customer experience improvements.Can you inspire our agents, can you help develop their strengths and improve their development areas?
