Your job is to collect and analyse data and create metrics to measure the results and efficiency of quality assurance procedures. You will be working under the supervision of a quality assurance manager, and your job will be to track performance and construction quality measures. You will be the one to review service provider records, manage databases, organize records and documents, and assemble reports using available data.You will be dealing with paperwork and documents a lot, so patience and an organized mind are key here. You will be the one to assist in internal audits providing the required information and preparing schedules, agendas, and reports for higher management.As a Quality Assurance Administrator you will oversee the daily operations of the QA branch of a company. The QA team’s main task is to ensure all products or services provided by the company meet the standards prescribed by management and customer feedback. Aside from this, the QA team makes sure that all company output meets government standards, policies, and regulations. The quality assurance administrator must handle all personnel under the department effectively and accomplish each daily task consistently.Do you have knowledge of Excel, Word, Project, and Power point at intermediate level?Have you gained knowledge of Site product portfolio and CDM processes? Beneficial, but not essential.Do you have an understanding of relevant regulation and technology? Beneficial, but not essential.Are you Salesforce/Oracle competent?Do you have the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work within timescalesCan you demonstrate excellent attention to detail?Able to work as part of a cross functional team and manage relationships with othersCan you plan, control and prioritise the workload to ensure minimal impact and delays throughout the process?Are you able to work within a rapidly changing environment and remain calm under pressure?Does this sound like you?
