YOUR ROLE:

As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you’re responsible for ensuring a company complies with its outside regulatory requirements and internal policies. In short, you’re responsible for making sure that NGP plays by the rules. The revenue that that the sales operations put on the board is legitimate and consolidating with contracts with customers through email or telephone communication.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keep up to date with, and understand contracts criteria for different suppliers
  • Monitor compliance with regulations and internal policies such as max commissions on contracts
  • Ensure that your findings from sales call are recorded and followed up with management so that any issues can be corrected
  • Investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues
  • Educate employees on regulations and any impact on the organisation if these aren’t complied with
  • Report back to business functions on current risk and compliance performance
  • Highlight or escalate areas of concern such as any patterns that will emerge from sale calls, contracts etc
  • Contribute to robust and effective compliance controls within the organisation
  • Review marketing materials, presentations and websites to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Assist in the gathering of internal information in response to regulatory requests
  • Perform various general administrative duties (such as file creation and maintenance of ongoing administrative projects)
  • Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of compliance.
  • Ensure they comply with all company operating policies and procedures

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Critical problem-solving ability. You’ll have a keen eye to spot out anomalies and understand the procedure in correcting the issue.
  • An ability to analyse and interpret information quickly.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Adaptable to change within the internal policies or the external market.
  • Team player
  • Ability to articulate concise, upwards feedback to key stakeholders to ensure they are aware of any trends or risks
  • Able to remain calm under pressure

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in a compliance role
  • Knowledge of the energy Industry preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently.
  • Experience with Computer systems and CRM Systems including outlook, excel, word
