Permanent contract, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Dual Campus, Somer Valley in Radstock and City Centre, Bath

One of the college’s strategic objectives is to ensure excellent quality across all provision. To support this objective, we are seeking to appoint an experienced, driven and progress focused Quality and Performance Manager. We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in quality assurance within Further Education who has a deep understanding of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, and a successful background in quality improvement. The Quality and Performance Manager will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the college’s Quality and Performance Strategy and associated activities. They will work closely with the Assistant Principal – Quality and Performance to ensure that the college is working towards the highest levels of quality across all provision types and delivering on its improvement plan. The individual will have a deep knowledge of all provision types that the college has, and how to ensure the highest quality and standards are met and maintained across the college. The appointed will also possess excellent communication, organisational skills and initiative. It would be advantageous if the individual had experience working for an awarding organisation.
