Job description:

To plan, organise, coordinate and direct the effective measurement monitoring and reporting on the qualitative and regulatory aspects of a selling on our e-Commerce platforms.
To ensure products are suitable for distribution to the public and to maintain the compliance with legal regulations that result in safe products.
To consult with manufacturing plants and suppliers to supervise production procedures
Reporting violations to the appropriate regulatory agencies including intellectual property rights, trademarks and copyrights.
Conducting tests to determine product quality and safety Communicating with other regulatory affairs or quality assurance professionals to ensure consistency

This job is for 37.5 hours per week, with a single shift not exceeding 7.5 hours per day. Tea break and lunch break are appropriately given. 28 days paid leave in a year.

Person specification:

· Should have minimum 8 years of experience in Quality assurance

· Recent 5 year full time job experience for handling Amazon or e- commerce business regulations

· Should have a legal degree

· Should have experience of working with regulatory affairs or quality assurance professionals to ensure consistency

· Strong knowledge of intellectual property rights

· Should have good experience of legal formalities
