Acorn by Synergie is searching for a Quality Administrator to join their client, a manufacturer based in Powys.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the purpose of the role is to help manage the company quality system ensuring full compliance against applicable standards.

Duties Of The Role Include

  • Forming part of the compliance team, helping to drive continuous improvement within the group.
  • Ensuring that the company remains compliant with all relevant standards at all times.
  • Administration of the company document control register, ensuring that documents are updated and re-issued as required.
  • Organising and carrying out internal audits inline with the company internal audit program covering ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO545001.
  • Conducting Internal audits of all company processes and procedures to ensure compliance across the site.
  • Following up and ensuring completion of non-conformances raised from internal and external audits, assisting and ensuring that corrective actions are implemented in a timely and effective manner to resolve any issues.
  • Complaint handling.
  • Quality specifications and data sheets.

The successful candidate must have experience working in a similar role and have excellent communication skills in order to build relationships with customers and colleagues.

37.5 hours per week over 5 days.

Salary is negotiable - dependent on knowledge and experience on offer.
