We have a good training offer and all practitioners have access to an online research and resource offer.We believe our Strength Based Practice Framework creates the best foundations for social work to flourish, working collaboratively with families to build trusting and respectful relationships and we place great importance on partnership relationships.As an experienced social worker, you will have highly developed knowledge and skills, a commitment to providing outstanding service to children and young people and a leadership role in supporting our less experienced social workers.Our staff tell us they feel listened to, valued and supported and we have monthly Coffee and Chat drop-in sessions with the Head of Service and Principal Social Worker where you can meet colleagues and discuss the things that matter to you.
